Return Policy
Childrens Books:
Distributors receive a returnable policy.
Books purchased through the ReflectionsPublishing.com website may be returned if they are damaged via shipping with 7 days of purchase.
Custom Personalized Orders:
Carefully proof your order before you click to submit your order. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellation on personalized products. When you place your order, you have agreed to our company policy.
Paper may change due to availability and character spacing is determined based on the number of characters in a name.
Orders will be processed in 5-10 business days, plus delivery time. A Paid Rush Service is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact 858-752-3286 for rush orders.
Damaged Goods:
If you receive a damaged good, you must retain the original packaging to show proof of damage and an inspection of the damaged materials will be assessed.
Any damaged goods must be processed within 5 business days and reported to customer service at 858-752-3286.
Troubleshoot problems:
