Lori Byro has immense knowledge in the K-12 education field as she has worked for over 20 years with top companies such as Scholastic, Follett, Blackboard, and Illuminate Education. She is discerning with whom she works as her goal is to help empower K -12 districts to increase teacher effectiveness, student achievement, and school workflow and facilitate beneficial school-to-home communications.

Working for Reflections Publishing LLC allows Lori to continue to assist children in gaining the tools they need to build a positive mental health outcome.

Lori focuses on best practices and solutions to help all students, teachers, and parents succeed in the student's overall well-being and success.

Lori assists schools and districts in preparing their students to be lifelong learners and equips them with life skills to help them overcome life's challenges.

In addition to Lori's degree in B.S. Business-Marketing from Liberty University, she has also obtained a master's diploma as a Life Coach, as well as a Mental Health Coaching Certification, both from Light University.. Due to her intense passion in child development, Lori has an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and started her career as a daycare provider for 13 years.

Lori is married with four children and five grandchildren and lives in the Chicagoland area.
