Jessica Pate is a recent graduate from UCLA with a degree in English and Professional Writing. Pate is also a contributing editor for Westwind Journal of the Arts. 

Jessica has provided invaluable insight into The Resilience Game Plan playbook's college edition. She is a key player in facilitating focus groups with college students and meeting with college residential staff on the most effectives ways to best support the college population.

Jessica loves reading, hiking, and is passionate about student wellness and success.
