Chief Researcher and Neuroeconomics programming Officer

Mythily Winter (she/her) is a passionate advocate for children's mental health and the Chief Researcher and Neuroeconomics Programming Officer of Reflections Publishing. Her research focuses on the intersection of adolescent neurodevelopment, behavioral psychology, financial literacy, and neuroeconomics, to help Reflections Publishing develop evidence-based decision making and self-regulatory tools, particularly in adolescent financial decision making and well-being.

Mythily holds academic backgrounds in Psychology from the Harvard Extension School and Law from the University of Chicago Law School, career experience in corporate law and investment banking, and a multi-year presence in education, speaking to audiences from Harvard symposiums to regional high schools on matters of adolescent neurodevelopment and financial considerations.

As a high school educator of the psychological and practical aspects of finance, Mythily's experience lends naturally to spearheading the financial fitness tools in The Resilience Game Plan, which she is particularly passionate about developing for adolescents within the rapidly-evolving field of neuroeconomics.

When not poring over educational psychology research, Mythily loves to spend time in the Colorado outdoors with her two beautiful children and pup, volunteer with shelter animals and high schools, or curl up with a latte and a good book.
