With over 25 years of experience in education, Sharon Turner Clay is a dedicated and accomplished educator who was a principal at McNair Elementary and has taught 2nd grade at Tibby Elementary, 4th and 5th grades at Kelly Elementary, 6th grade at Roosevelt Middle School, and 7th and 8th grades at Davis Middle School in Compton, California.
Holding both a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and a Master’s degree in Education from Argosy University in Los Angeles, California, Sharon combines a strong academic foundation with extensive, hands-on leadership experience.
Throughout her career, Sharon has championed innovation in teaching, including participating in programs that train educators to integrate technology effectively in the classroom. She has also successfully written and secured education grants, demonstrating a commitment to advancing resources and opportunities for students and teachers alike.
Passionate about empowering students and supporting fellow educators, Sharon continues to foster environments where learning, creativity, and growth thrive.
